Eric Daniels is an IT Professional with over six years of experience in various roles. Prior to joining the Lodestone team, he was a Technical Support Senior at a large email marketing firm where he provided technical help to at-risk clients, assisted in the development of team members, and helped to create and maintain documentation both customer-facing and internal. Eric utilizes his problem solving and customer service skills to help clients succeed.
